Do the spokes come with them? 1980 SP1000 Guzzi. Twin disc front and single disc rear. Looking for polished stainless spokes compatible with the new hubs.

Yes, these rims comes already drilled for spokes: you just need to choose on what type of wheel hub you are going to install it, disc brake or drum brake.
